The food is delicious and really for a family that stayed away from processed food to begin with this was an easy step to make. You will lose weight with this lifestyle, you will not be starving -- and will enjoy the food while doing it.

If you already cook a lot, you will have the spices and basic ingredients. Delightful...i’ve lost 15 pounds in 3 months and am very satisfied with the delicious food. I can stay on this forever.

There is a nicely laid out menu plan to follow with delicious and simple recipes. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting a meal plan and to lose weight. I've been on the diet for 2 months and am down 25 lbs and counting.

Excellent

Awesome! My husband and my son have had several health issues over the years and I never knew how to deal with all of these meals because of the two of us – we do not like medications and never use them because belief they bring only harm. Mediterranean diet has solved some general problems we were dealing with for a long time now! Incredible book! That's great!

Excellent

The book is full of lots of great recipes and it is also set up well for an -book. It is easy to go from a well set up table of contents to individual recipes. I also like highlighting titles of recipes I like best in the table of contents. I have several recipe books in a Book format that are not set up nearly as well. Well thought out. Some easy recipes, some complicated ones. Like!

Great book.

Great book. These recipes are very flavorful and the reviews on the best brands for items like sardines and anchovies are very helpful. Some of the meals, especially the bean section, are economical. The others are worth the price. Finally, many recipes are gluten-free as written, and many of the others can easily be adjusted. I feel better when I eat in this genre. Thank you so much!!! Very healthy!

Personally, my wife and I enjoy listening this book. All of the Mediterranean Diet recipes, tips, and guides that I need to know about how to lose weight, prepare healthy food for my family and stay healthy are already included and well explained. Author master chef on this topic. Great!
