Lots of informative ideas to reduce weight

rediculously deicious guide

The recipes in this book are so delicious. You expect food that is supposed to be healthy to be boring and bland but the food in this book is absolutely bursting with flavor. So far I have tried the ground lamb and eggplant omelette, the basil and asparagus frittata, and circassian chicken. I have yet to be disappointed. I love how the breakfast is delicious but it also makes me feel good and energized. This is definitely going to be my go to cook book for a while.

simply superb

I have been on the Mediterranean diet for sometime now. I don't do it for weight loss just do it to maintain my weight as I push past 50 and I find this diet offers healthy choices. The author included a decent intro section on the diet and some useful tips at the beginning and end of the book. Some really simple recipes and some more involved.

AWESOME BOOK, But more than that you will be able to understand the concept of eating for healthier reasons and the benefits you can reap from this type of eating. THE AUTHOR has laid it out in a step by step method and it is easy. Food that is delicious, healthy and looks great.

i enjoyed

An interesting book, it presents lots of Mediterranean food recipes accompanied by very inspired corresponding pictures. I think it's a must to try to cook some if not all of them. I also appreciate a lot the Appendix B existence in the book, mentioning the list of fruits and vegetables containing pesticide residues found in commercial crops and recommendations about when to choose organic; a link to the most recent lists is also provided. I enjoyed listening this book.
