Valuable information!

I enjoyed this audiobook since it clarifies such a great amount about ph balance and what it is. Likewise how to find a way to get your ph in equalization. Thanks to the Simone.

Found it to be beneficial!

Great guide for those diets cooking. I have purchased several other alkaline diet cookbooks and this is by far the best! His (Simone Press) recipes look wonderful and easy to understand as well as a bonus of nutrient breakdown. I look forward to using many of his recipes.

Two in One!!!

This is one audiobook about Complete Mediterranean Diet & Alkaline Diet! I was able to learn what foods are alkaline and what is the Mediterranean. There are cool recipes. The recipes look really delicious! Will definitely give most of them a try.

It's helped tremendously

Another great audiobook showing the versatility of Alkаlinе Diet! This is a great resource book about 2 diet plan together! I've almost like it better as a resource book than a cookbook because all of the recipes are delicious. Great recipes as well once you understand the basis of those diets. I cooked a few dishes, everything turned out fine.

Excellent :)

It was very informative with a lot of good sounding recipes. I liked that the replacement recipes used cashews, unlike others that use tofu. Thanks to the author.

The positive side included the diets!

Include valuable information!

Explains the pros clearly. It was a very helpful jumping-off point. We looked at other books with weird ingredients and passed them by. This one is a keeper! I inclined such huge numbers of successful things from this audiobook!!!

I feelbetter subsequent to following the diet plan

This book of Mediterranean diet recipes came with a surprise - the front section is all about heart disease in its various forms and how the Mediterranean diet helps people with heart disease. Also, know so much about the Alkaline diet.

Good Information!

This audio guide seems like a champion among the most nutritious menus with those diets. This isn't generally an eating routine yet a culinary custom that revolves around new vegetables and regular items, nuts, fish, whole grains, and olive oil nearby glass of red wine every so often.
