Great meditation aid but

the audiobook tracks/chapters need their titles to be correctly named in order to be most useful

Very handy to have in my toolbox

I really enjoy these short meditative prayers and hearing MW speaking. I've been following since A Return to Love. I just wish I could play one meditation and it stop rather than continuing. But, whatever, hasn't stopped me from missing a day since I got this title. Thankfully!
