Great affirmations

These affirmations are great to listen to during a fast! If you constantly think about food when you're fasting, this is a great solution. You're constantly reminded of the end results of your fast and it helps you go through those hard moments when you experience cravings. Love it!

Great book!

Lovely! Nice to have it! Originally I borrowed this book from our library. There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. I love the way that there are helpful comments throughout the book. This collection has helped me use my slow cooker to its potential instead of just for stews. Great book!

Helped me to loose weight

This is a well explained piece that seems to automatically speak to the subconscious mind. I found it to be an easy way to trick the brain into wanting exercise and healthier foods. That alone has helped me lose weight faster.

Very helpful

Very nice for motivation and visualization. It's like a mental vision board of how you know you are supposed to behave and think, and then, getting you there. I listen to this as I fall asleep on sleepless nights. Not sure it helps with the weight loss.

Incredible!!

This feeling is amazing. I immediatly noticed at the beginning that every time I listened to the meditation, I ended up with a smile on my face. After one month of daily listening, paired with a healthy diet and 10k steps per day, I lost 4 of the 15kg I have to lose to attain my ideal weight. And Ive been trying for more than 5 years to start a diet. Now I mostly listen to the affirmations to support my motivation to be healthier.

I clicked on this meditation audible book, because I heard hypnosis can really help people. I didn't even realize it was for weight lost but, gave it a try anyway. I tried other audible books from the same author but, keep going back to this one at night.

Got positive attitude!
