I find this to be a great mind hack for wanting

I find this to be a great mind hack for wanting to eat healthier foods and in smaller portions. It's been a great addition to my diet plan.

This audiobook help me

I used to obsess about what I was going to eat and when. Now I don't worry about it. I plan my meals out as I've always done, but I don't feel obsessive or like I'm constantly thinking about eating. This audiobook is a nice tool to add to your tool belt to aid in weight-loss. I'm still dieting and hitting the gym, but I like how this audiobook helped turned my thought patterns from negative food association to positive ones.

It has been life-changing. No more yoyo weight. I lost and have kept off a considerable amount of weight for over a year now, Do yourself a favour and just listen to this voice book. I can bet, You will wish, why you don't find this awesome knowledge a couple of years ago!

can improve background music

Super annoying looping background music, makes it harder to focus. The piano at times makes it harder to hear the voice.

Appreciable audible

The book telling to help on those hungry days, to steel my resolve and strangely not make it seem harder. It is actually a good listen to as it goes into the reasoning and history of why we eat too much and why fasting is something we have only not done recently. This audiobook was sent to me by a coworker who lost 15 pounds and has been keeping it off. I said, okay okay, do you have a personal trainer or something?? Bc I know we don't get paid that much. Great Bundle
