I am no master at yoga, but I do have basic information and knowledge of terms, purpose, and goals of a yoga practice. I'm also a former bodywork practitioner and have knowledge of chakras and the body.

I am definitely loving this audiobook!

I was looking for a beginner kind of guiding yoga audiobook on chakra yoga and I'm loving it. I haven't completed it yet so that's the reason for the 4 stars but I will update my review after I finish listening to it all. So far I'd suggest it.
