Útil a diario.
Demasiado complicado, creo que decía. Bueno, este libro asume que tienes acceso a un complemento completo de suministros y herramientas de hierbas y la capacidad de formularlas, y muchas de sus sugerencias son difíciles de implementar a menos que puedas formular tus tinturas. Si no tienes acceso fácil a las hierbas medicinales, probablemente encontrarás algún valor en este libro, pero obtendrías más valor de un libro para principiantes que se centre en una pequeña selección de hierbas culinarias/de jardín.
