I loved the smoothie recipe

Overall good!I took items from beginning

I love the different plans for weight loss vs. building muscle. My only issue with the recipes is that sugar isn't accounted for in the nutritional facts of each recipe. So I've found myself figuring out the amount of sugar there is in each ingredient and serving size.
