These recipes do not make sense!

The first recipe calls for 8 bell peppers, 1/4 cup of black pepper, 1/4 cup of grated cheese, 1/4 cup of salt, 1/2 cup of potatoes...then it says to cook the peppers for 8 minutes and add in the other ingredients for 15. If there was not so much salt and pepper the potatoes would still be raw. Also the next recipe is Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal. It calls for 1 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of cinnamon, you'd choke on that much cinnamon. The next recipe calls for Garlic and it's a crazy amount too. It calls for 1/2 cup of garlic on egg toast? I don't see how the person reading this didn't catch these mistakes. This would be sad if you did not know 1/4 cup of pepper and 1/4 cup of salt is way too much for a 4-5 person serving. Refund please! I didn't read anymore!

Very easy to follow recipes with useful storage tips throughout. Each recipe species how long it can be stored in the refrigerator and freezer (if freezable) which makes meal planning for the week or for vacation so much easier!

By setting up your suppers ahead of time you can dispose of pointless utilization and simply make the most of your sound alternatives. Excellent cook book

Good cookbook for healthy meal and weight loss. Many other cookbooks just focus on ingredients, and calorie counts, but here in this guide author has also took into consideration the time it takes him to prepare meals as well. Thnx for book.

I love is book

I love this cookbook! It contains a large variety of recipes. There are also several different recipes for different cooking methods (slow cooker, oven, etc.). I have tried several of the recipes so far with success. The meals that I made were delicious. The best part is that all the recipes in this book are extremely simple and quick to make. It saves me a lot of time on busy days.
