Please don’t purchase this book

Book review: one chapter introduction. One chapter meal prep- about 9 minutes.The remaining chapters are recipes. Nothing but recipes! The author just reads recipes from chapter 2 though 12. The is a total waste of money and time. I am going to request a refund.
