In this fast paced society of ours, we are always on the run. And as a result we can't always make the healthiest of choices. In the midst of our rush we often find ourselves trapped between the option of fast and unhealthy food or in running late for work, school, and life's other engagements. Many wish they could find some other way, but they have quite a hard time trying to find it.

But I'm here to tell you that there is another way through this stressful and unprepared wilderness and it is called "meal prep". This ingenious strategy allows you to take the little bit of time that you have and make the most of it to prepare quality meals for the whole busy week ahead of you. All you need, for example, is just a little bit of free time once a week, maybe as little as 30 minutes, in order to make preparations of your meals in advance.

These strategically focused preps take care of the hard work such as chopping vegetables and cooking meat in advance so that when it comes time to eat, the only work that is left for you is the most basic of tasks, such as heating up the prepped meal in the microwave for 30 seconds. That's right, by taking 30 minutes out of your schedule sometime during the end of the week, you can successfully prep and pack fully made meals that can be finalized in less than a minute when it is finally time for you to eat.

The only thing you need is some good Tupperware containers and perhaps a few plastic bags and you can have a fully made home cooked meal stocked up for when you need it. These wholesome meals will be much healthier for you than their quicker and more processed counterparts. They will also end up saving you a lot of money.

amazing guide

This is a great cookbook set on Meal Prep.
All of the things, tips and Quick & Easy Meal Prep Recipes for Weight Loss and Clean Eating that I need to know are already included and well explained inside. The author has done an incredible awesome job in compiling and creating this book set.
Also the unique part of this book is the compilations of the “ Quick & Easy Meal Prep Recipes & Practical Tips”. Very informative, healthy and easy to prepare.
This book is really a great resource for those who want to learn more about Meal Prep.

DON'T FOLLOW RECEIPES!!!

We are so upset. We made the stuffed peppers and it called for a quarter cup of black pepper. We thought it was too much and It was!!!! It really ruined the meal and we had to throw it ask away! It sounds like there are other receipes that are like that in here!

A great guide book to live a healthy life.

Would you consider the audio edition of Meal Prep to be better than the print version?

AUDIO version is so enjoyable to hear.. This is very useful and helpful guide for me. It is an interesting book and I love the information I got from it.

This is a great little book on freezer cooking with delicious recipes and excellent prepping, cooking, freezing and reheating instructions. I am looking forward to actually using these recipes to make things easier. The tips and recipes look great and I need the help. Thanks Andrew Johnson!

Delicious set of recipes

If you could sum up Meal Prep in three words, what would they be?

I found quite a few tasty and healthy recipes. The recipes are easy to make. I am not a new cook, but I did find quite a few recipes that my family enjoyed.

This book contains delicious set of meal that i find so easy o prepare. The meal require less time and so i could actually try them out instead of getting cooked meal from fast food or junks. Overall, I can recommended to you. I am so happy to have this.

Meal prep....Best weight loss book

Meal prepping is good for me because I know what kind of ingredients will be inside my meals. I have a reassured feeling of knowing how it is made and the process that went into the effort. Enlightening and digestible.

Good cookbook for healthy meal and weight loss. Many other cookbooks just focus on ingredients, and calorie counts, but here in this guide author has also took into consideration the time it takes him to prepare meals as well. Thanks for book.
