Great for beginners

This book had great information on the science and diet of gaining muscle mass, but for the most part was geared towards a beginner or someone who wants to workout from home.

I would recommend this book to any of my friends,

I would recommend this book to any of my friends, or anyone who wants to get started or go further with bodyweight exercise. It is easy to understand and Anthony does a good job of breaking down some of the larger ideas to make them more easily understandable. He shares so much of what he’s personally learned and gained through bodyweight exercise, and that makes it easy to catch his excitement for this discipline. I really enjoyed listening this, and I’m glad I’ll be able to reference this good content anytime as I get started with bodyweight exercise.

I really enjoyed this listen.

While this book gives good information it is a big commitment to get good results, if you can find the time then do what this says and maybe surprise yourself. I learned more from this book then I thought. With that said it made me greatly motivated. I like the format of this book. This book gave me a lot of information. I really enjoyed this read.

When choosing this book, I was hoping for step by step instructions for exercise and diet. At first I was disappointed that they were not included, but my perception is that no one can anticipate individual needs, recovery times on a mass scale. That being said information is provided that can assist you with developing your own plans.

This has everything I was looking for.

I was looking for a book that would guide me through all the aspects of body toning and building muscle. This book has it all, the foods to include and avoid, calculations,exercises, sample of menus. This has everything I was looking for.

It offers no short cuts. No miracles. But also convincingly argues that you have the power to improve your body without supplements, complex programs, inanely restrictive diets. I am not in a hurry, and like to take it easy and take my time at building my body.

This book is impeccable for those who are into fitness book and for those who wants to ken more information about this topic this book will be very handy for you guys. You can try this book!!

I like the work outs and they were easy to follow. Only thing I would critic is it focuses a lot on lower body and not a lot on upper body. This is something I had to add in myself to keep my upper body in shape compared to my lower body.
I would recommend to all new lifters and those who want to add functional strength.
