So disappointed

I really wanted to like this story but it was a boring story. Not at all believable that Alphas had any true mate bond and they walked through the “emotions”.

Had Potential but fell short.

(I hated the virtual voice) This subject and theme had great potential, but it’s a no for me. The book isn’t horrible but it’s terribly un-detailed. There’s a lot left to the imagination and read in between the lines-ish. It jumped around a lot as far as timing. It was okay but it could’ve been so much better.

Repetitive self worthless theme

Mainly the AI narration takes away any emphasis the characters needed to convey emotion. Mainly the constant theme of self doubt absolutely destroys the urge to know what happens next in the story. This was the first audiobook that I was wanting a Stephen King twist to end the main character in some gruesome manner. Great bedtime story for anyone in a retirement center.
