Don't buy if you bought the Education of Thaddeus.

This is one of the stories comprised in the first book in the series. The Education of Brother Thaddeus and other stories. Sort of lame that they would split it into another book as if it were different.

good, quick, easy, self contained

I got drawn in surprisingly well considering the length. It provides a lot to be engaged with and wraps it all up nicely. The undercurrents of heroism, friendship, and sacrifice come across with sincerity. Short but satisfying overall. Wil Wheaton's narration was well suited to the material.
