    Feb 17 2026

Corey duBrowa spent much of his career advising some of the world’s most scrutinized leaders — from Howard Schultz at Starbucks and Marc Benioff at Salesforce to Sundar Pichai at Google. Now, as CEO of global communications firm Burson, he’s helping executives navigate a charged marketplace shaped by AI disruption, ICE activity, and nonstop reputational risk. duBrowa explains why reputation remains one of the most powerful (and most misunderstood) assets in business, and how leaders should decide whether, when, and how to speak up.

I have listened to Masters of Scale since the beginning. At the time, I was switching jobs from Microsoft to Oculus Research (Facebook Reality Labs Research and now Meta Reality Labs Research). This Podcast inspired me so profoundly. Its storytelling was unique. Its quality and use of sound and honest conversations were terrific. And now I recommend it to every Product Manager and person in Tech that I meet. I am leaving a review here in Audible because it deserves thousands of five-star reviews, and I love that I can now bookmark in Audible with my audiobooks (including the Masters of Scale book)! Keep up the great work and teach us all how to be our scale masters and entrepreneurs.
