I've read the book 2x and listened to the audio book. One of the best trading books out there!

Overall excellent and concise book. Like the circle of trading and letting go concept. Applicable to investors as well.

Best Trading Book Ever for Aspiring Traders

Steven gets it totally right, success at trading heavily relies on performance, I am on my fourth rated thru already. I have been working on my performance for a bit now. Had the system, etc for quite a while and been doing a lot of work on my mental interior. This book made it totally clear what I need to work on to be in and maintain a spot in the top 1% of retail traders = consistently profitable (a tripwire I developed after reading). AND not feel ashamed about it. Some of the parts that helped quite a bit, checking in with your purpose, creating tripwires to take u out of unhelpful mindsets. Continue working on my inner stuff so that I can "walk away" (also in the book) every time because I am not so far away from my authentic self that I can't reset after a trade due to slipping into a mental framework (ego/chatter) that doesn't work for trading. It's been great to learn from the author's years of experience in such a convenient way. Super love this book and will probably listen to it many more times over the coming years. Thank you for this!

Worth a second listen!

The focus on staying aligned with the ego, rather than trying to ignore it, is valuable. Also, the importance placed on journaling is a great reminder!
