Publisher's summary

"America's Money Answers Man" explores the relationship between money and emotions, identifies seven "money types", and offers the keys to life-changing financial success.

You and your money are going to have a life-long relationship. To make any relationship flourish, you need to know your strengths, weaknesses, undeveloped talents, and also which traits are so fundamental to your core personality that you'll need to make peace with them.

Personal finance guru Jordan E. Goodman groups investors into seven "money types", from Status Seekers to Optimists, Debt Desperadoes to Ostriches. Find your type and change your fortune. You'll learn what pitfalls to avoid in your financial planning, and what emotional baggage is preventing you from improving your finances.

In accessible language, with real-life examples, Gordon reconciles money information (what you need to know about managing it) with your money attitudes (what you need to know about your feelings and fears about it) so you can emerge feeling secure and more confident about money, for now and the future.

A good start

For someone beginning to get their finances in order its an encouraging, light listen. I have listened to it a couple of times just to inspire me to make certain changes.

Light at the end of the tunnel

An interesting listen. I thought great wisdom might be gained from listening. I don't know how important it is to know your money type.

I would see some of the advice -- very much common sense. However if you are in financial difficulties - maybe this is the one for you providing light at the end of the tunnel.

Many examples of individuals with money worries or not using it to their best advantage. Ordinary people in extraordinary situations.
