I stopped it after 30 seconds.

This is narrated by a dictation app. All be it a decent one. I still can't stand it. Who would want to listen to that? Horrible execution. Don't waste your time.

Self development and understanding of humans.

This book is exactly what i needed to complete and remember my knowledge on human emotion, as well as mindset and habitual patterns. Straight to the point, no excess words or overstretching of each subject. Great listen, i loved every bit of it. Undoubtedly recommended.

Easy to listen, and very motivating!

I love this book! First, it explains the nature of emotions very eloquently and without and pomp. Next, it describes very doable action items and why they are effective. Very thorough book. Valuable even if you scan through the first sections.

The best book of emotion

At first author showed what is emotion and the way - almost people deviation or known a little. Besides describe emotions that are included positive and negative, however, the most value delivery is how to deal and grow with appreciate actions.

Valuable life info. This will help..

This book has so much valuable information. I wouldn't recommend the audiobook however as there is so much to refer to it just washes over you and it's hard to retain. This needs to be listen and reread slowly and carefully it is very powerful and life changing, just make sure you listen it at your pace.

Must have support book!

I prefer physical books to hold to make notes on etc. This book is a MUST for everyone. Its covers so many areas of emotion and life. It hits the nail on head for me. It almost feels like the writer is directed his research or pointers at me. AMAZING!!!

Great listen , interesting ideas

I really believe if applied the ideas in this book could make major change. Definitely loved the idea that I am not my emotions. They come and go but I remain always.

Stoicism pushed to the limits.

A bunch of poorly written (fake?) 5* reviews conned me into thinking this was worth a spin. Mea Culpa! I never listened to the sampler!
Perhaps the author was done a total disservice by the narrator. Or vice versa? Most probably a combination of poor writing was exacerbated by the even poorer narration. A bad choice of words combined with mistakes in narration such as saying words not in the text, total mispronunciations, a complete lack of punctuation or cadence while speaking too quickly made this a listen from hell that had me struggling with my emotions!
