Great motivation to master your mind visualization
I would recommend to any body that would like to have more experience with the brain.
I gave it for 4 rating because it’s was okay not really so great since it’s a short book story of visualization.

I recommend this be removed or updated.
I was unable to get through three chapters.
1 chapter was a mental exercise that had so many negative words, it defeated the purpose.
another chapter used the word creative visualization so much, it saturated the entire intention.
just the first 3 chapters alone, I would never recommend this book to anyone who is ready to reclaim their inner power.
