Surprising

The recording is non-invasive for sleep and does an excellent job of helping to fall asleep. The message of discipline is certainly more present in my choices throughout the day, particularly the concept of doing what is required now for the long-term benefits I seek. I notice a difference when I don't listen for a couple of nights; my sense of discipline declines. Would recommend for open minds.

First experience and very effective.

I’m not sure about the self discipline and willpower but my brain is changing. I’m more task oriented than unmotivated. I’ve never been hypnotized before but I slept every night putting this on and it was an amazing experience every time. I feel like there’s a whole world of hypnosis out there that people should tap into. I bought a couple of other books and the other readers are not as subduing and calm as this writer narrator. He did a great job.

Love this and his voice but……

I this has helped me with anxiety and sleep a ton. I recommend however the ending credits have to go! They wake me up every time and then I’m annoyed. Makes no sense

Works Somehow

I don't know if it's the book or the suggestion of what the book does, but it seems to be motivating me... Either way the relaxation technique used to aide going to sleep definitely works. I'm buying more of the series.

Helped my addiction

Any additional comments?

As an adult entertainer, I have been struggling with alcohol and eventually cocaine use. I was completely normal during the day, and would constantly beat myself up for acting so ridiculous when I go to work. I constantly told myself, "okay, tonight I will not get out of control." But as soon as I stepped into the environment, all of my morals were left at the door. THIS audiobook helped. THIS audio book fixed me. I do not even have to fight my addictions. It is so natural not to want a drink, not to hunt for cocaine. My willpower and self discipline is now all natural THANKS to this audio.

I kinda really works

I woke up after sleeping last night listening to it and I feel refresh and motivated . Should I dare say hopeful.atronfly recommend to give it. A try
