When I was looking to get started on the keto plan, I didn’t want to have to put countless hours and an incredible amount of effort into it. Develop your keto blueprint

No experience needed

You don’t need to be a nutritionist or a dietician to understand and implement the keto diet. Level up your keto plan

Believe the hype

You might be jaded to many diets and hearing about others’ success stories on the keto diet might annoy you like it did me. Eventually I had to try it just to shut everyone up, and I was pessimistic as usual going into it. I bought this book and was shocked by how simple it all seemed and I thought surely this must not be all? Well, it really works, and it truly is an incredibly simple diet that anyone can get into and I can’t believe it worked.

A different take on dieting

Good gift
