Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would definitely recommend this book to a friend. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas baby! Seriously though...the book had a great storyline. It all started out as a hoax, a way to get back at her parents and a way for him to save his sister. However, has the book progresses it shows how you don't have to know someone for years in order to fall in love. It shows that some people will do almost anything for the people that they love.

Which character – as performed by Lauren Sweet and Fred Blogs – was your favorite?

Kaleb - I loved the fact that he would do anything for his sister, but at the same time finds himself feeling guilty about taking the money and has to go back & tell Piety...although to me things were forgiven way too easily...this is not what would happen in "real" life but it is a book after all & all things good can happen in a book!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Definitely, although its a little to long for one sitting & I can only handle sitting still for so long!

Pretty Good; Narration not so much!!

The story line was pretty good, it had a lot of hot steamy moments. The narration especially the male voice almost ruined it for me. But I stuck it out and the story actually ended ok. Won't listen to these narrators again, But may check out the author.

Okay...

I didn't overly care for the story line, but what actually ruined it for me was the narrating. The Australian accent that was used for the character was done poorly and it was so distracting that I found it hard to concentrate on the story. I found the story lacking in places and the characters were a little irritating.

Romance & drama

I recommend this book for readers who enjoy a romance with a "blackout drunk Vegas wedding" theme, plus a more complex plot with family dramas, a bit of peril and a horrible human being thrown into the mix.

I connected with the characters, and felt the tension from the story line.

The sexy times are hot, but not that explicit, compared to some erotica.

The narration is okay.

Different

This was different than a normal romance story. I didn’t hate or love the main characters. Both characters were didn’t really grab me or make me love them. I thought both weak, at times dumb. The performance was okay too. I wouldn’t recommend since I already wasted my time listening and certainly I don’t want you to waste yours.

It was okay.

At first the high pitched narration (squealing) made me want to stop listening, but as the story continued it almost disappeared. You'll see what I mean. The story was okay but predictable. I won't go into details and spoil it for some. I wish there was an update to the livelihood of the male character at the end.

almost perfect

what can I say cute story overall story was okay except for the Fatal flaw that I hate when these books end this way no future glimpse what was the baby was it a boy or girl? I like a nice bow at the end of my books.

I ain’t no quitter!

I finished listening because I ain’t no quitter. Story was good but the narrators just didn’t do it for me. The accents seemed off and it just wasn’t good.
