She is an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at University College London and she lectures and researches in areas of exercise endocrinology. She has specific interests in relative energy deficiency in sport and athletes navigating the perimenopause and menopause. Nicky recently released a book ‘Health Hormones and Human Potential’. On this episode we’ll be exploring some of the topics featured in Nicky’s book, including the main hormones involved in exercise and performance; how we can optimise our hormone health; and how this might change with age.
