Ummm..
Not quite sure where to go from here. Not what expected, and a bit at a loss. It made sense but even though I’m into meditation and manifestation I don’t know if I can actually put this to practice and feel strong about it. I’ve been able to manifest and concentrate on things without staring at a bottle of water. Very short. I’ve listened to it 3 times and just not doing much for me.
