Simple to follow and easily understood
I like this book because when I am down, it will lift me. When I feel lost, there is something in it for that also. Know matter what state of mind you are in, happy, joyful, lonely, depressed, this book has a leaf for it.

Book has a lot of positive phrases and teachings
I love this book. It's nice to have to pick up and listen when you only have a moment because you only need to listen to great things. The Positive Thinking affirmations in here are heartening and esteem-boosting on a rough day.
