Throughout my 14 years working in corporate environments, I’ve picked up several valuable nuggets of wisdom in - of all places - the men’s room. I believe that these nuggets were intended to be passed. So as to speak. (My apologies for the double entendres you'll find here.)
Anyway, while most business deals are negotiated on the golf course or in the boardroom, there is also vital business going on in the office men’s room...and making big-boy bathroom blunders can be costly. Not to mention, embarrassing.
In summary: You can make or break your career within the confines of the office restroom. This practical guide discusses the various, unexpected don’t do’s and do do’s when you encounter the inevitable potholes waiting for you in the men’s room. In short, don’t fall in!
As for me, I've found that the key to success in business is to follow basic bathroom protocol: Don't stare, know when to flush, make sure everything goes down, and then wash your hands when the project is done.
