I expected to have my usual audiobook experience with this, listening start-to-finish in a week or two. But each part is enough of a perspective shift that I actually think it's useful to listen to a section and then give the ideas time to percolate.
I particularly liked the focus on enhancing quality-of-life rather than the usual "making the grind more efficient" that comes up in a lot of productivity books. I also enjoyed the points on people-problems, planning your day even when you "don't have time", the values+goals+commitment exploration, the smarter approach to "accountability", and the emphasis on routines over habits.
Give it a listen if you're stuck on the treadmill Mary describes: "well *this* week has been crazy, but I'll surely get to everything *next* week!"
Tired of "crazy" weeks?
