Publisher's summary

You wouldn't believe Dex Riggs and I are from the same town. He's the ultimate bad boy; I'm the one who goes by the book. He's a sexy former cop with a shady past; I'm the girl who married her high school sweetheart.

But now, my marriage is over, I'm burned out on my business, and worst of all, I never got the baby I wanted. And now, I never will.

Unless Dex is willing to make a deal.

I get a baby; he gets...me. For a little while. Once I'm knocked up, we'll go our separate ways. That's the rule.

I've never broken a rule. Dex has broken all of them.

Which rule will we break first?

Bad boy that's good

I have been patiently waiting on this one to hit audible. I love this entire series and I couldn't wait to see what made Dex Riggs tick. Turns out his past is a bit of a surprise and maybe the "bad boy" isn't so bad after all.

Lauren has been through a failed marriage, she wants children but unable to have them but maybe Dex Riggs can give her what she needs. This cop turned bad boy has so many layers and she can see through his tough guy act and plans to get to the bottom of what's really going on.

Dex can't sleep, he has guilt he can't deal with so he smokes weed and drinks to just get from one day to the next. When Lauren shows up he wants to be better even though he knows he isn't who she needs.

This series is so good and this is book 4 and ties all the brothers and their women together. Dex's story is touching and I liked him in the other books but I really fell for him here. This big bad boy has a heart after all and he is giving it to Lauren.

Joe Arden and Erin Mallon were perfect as Dex and Lauren. Loved listening to them from beginning to end. Hot, sexy voices.

This is book 4 in the series but they can all be listened to or read as stand alones. You get enough of the back stories there are no cliffhangers with any. I loved it and highly recommend it.

This was a good series ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!

I will miss these bad boy Riggs brothers. ❤❤❤❤
Great stories, lots of hotness and the narrators were so good. Sorry to see the saga end but loved all the HEA's. Lots of realness to the writing. No billionaires...just regular guys and regular lives. I love Jason Clarke and Joe Arden. And Erin honey, you know how to do your thing too. I'm feeling like I might listen to this series again sometime in the future. If you haven't listened you should and start with the first book to appreciate each and every brother and couple. Enjoy!!!!! And thank you Ms. Kriss for keeping it real...👏👏👏

Favorite of the series!

Make Me Beg is the fourth and final book in the Riggs Brothers series, and Julie Kriss saved the best book for last. Dex and Lauren’s story was by far my favorite of the bunch.

Dex Riggs is the baddest of the bad boys in the Riggs family. He’s always been the most trouble, and Lauren is his opposite. She’s a goody goody and responsible. In high school, they had one moment, but then life got in the way. Now, Dex is back in town and Lauren is recently divorced. They seem like the most unlikely of couples, but maybe they’re meant to be…

Along with the romance, there is also a bit of a suspense story-line in this book. We’ve all been wandering what happened with Dex and his job as a cop, well, we find out. I loved this couple together. Dex had Lauren bringing out her wild-side, and Lauren tamed Dex in the best way.

The epilogue of this story was the best. Not only did we get a great ending for Dex and Lauren, but we got a look into the future of the other three couples. I’ve enjoyed this series so much. These Riggs brothers are amazing and their women are fantastic. Each book in the series gets better and better, and the audiobooks are great. All four are narrated by two of my favorites, Joe Arden and Erin Mallon. They do an incredible job.

If you’re looking for a great series about a family of misfit brothers and the strong women they end up with, these are the books for you. They’re sexy, fun, fast-paced, and highly entertaining.

Satisfying end to the Riggs Brothers books!

Rebecca did an amazing job setting up Dex’s story. So much that even though this particular plot is a one that I would normally steer clear of, I was excited to dive in to MAKE ME BEG as soon as possible. I listened to the whole book in a day and it felt a little sad to say goodbye to these characters so quickly. The narration was good, but I always enjoy both Joe Arden and Erin Mallon.

If you've been following the rest of the books in the Riggs Brothers series, I think you will feel satisfied with how their stories end. As I expected Dex's book was a lot sexier than the rest of them (in my opinion), so if you're in the mood for a lot of steam, this is the book for you. I was particularly pleased that Julie Kriss did not add unnecessary drama just for the sake of it. Along with an all around fun story there was also suspense and the author finally reveals why Dex left the police force. It was in no way what I thought! Which was awesome. This series was my first books by this author and I look forward to reading more of her work.

My Thoughts on Make Me Beg

The final book in the Riggs Brothers’ series was even better than I could have imagined. Dex was so much kinder and more supportive and just more amazing then I could have imagined. And I loved the fact that he didn’t suddenly develop feelings for Lauren out of no where. This was essentially a second chance romance in my opinion. Even if their first chance was very small and really nothing more than a moment. It was a missed moment and when this story kicks off they’re getting a second go. It may have started off as one thing, but it was also obvious that it was a bit more than either character wanted to admit to. And then when learning Dex’s secret, it kind of made me love him even more. Because it was just another example of how he was a better guy then he’d ever been given credit for. And I loved that Lauren pretty much saw the good in him all along. She was perfect for him and I was so happy for their HEA.
Two of my favorite narrators brought this story to life. I could listen to Erin Mallon and Joe Arden narrate just about anything with little to no hesitation, but this story was an absolute joy to listen to in part due to their amazing performance.
I will happily be looking forward to more books by this author and these narrators in future.

Simply Awesome

Finally we get to Dex's story and it was even better as an audiobook than an ebook. As a former cop and the most misunderstood of the Riggs brothers, Dex needs to come to terms with his past before he can get on with his future. Lauren who is newly divorced has decided to take matters in her own hands and use a sperm bank to finally have the baby she wants. But a dead car battery puts them both on a path neither one of them ever imagined and not the memories of their first kiss when she was 16 means so much more. Can Dex finally get a HEA and not be considered the loser anymore? Can Lauren's dreams come true? I honestly can say I had to listen to this story all in one sitting. There was not a spot of the storyline that I could stop to put down and just when you think you know what is going to happen the roller coaster begins and you just hold on until it is over. The epilogue was the icing on the cake. I am so sorry to see the Riggs series complete. I will miss these boys.

Finally! Loved Dex!!

I wanted Dex's story so badly! I thought I'd loose it when it finally went live! Dex's story is way more than what I expected. I knew his story was going to be it for me! The chemistry between these two was off the charts! It was better than I expected! The narration, just like the other books, was great. Joe Arden and Erin Mallon are just so amazing together! I could listen to them forever!

Make Me Beg is a winner in my eyes.

Kriss sure knows how to write a bad boy. Whether you love him or hate him, your heart just can't do without him. Dex Riggs is at the top of my list of favorite alphas. Arden turned a smart mouthed loner into a deeply misunderstood, broodingly intense, hopelessly flawed, hunk of burning love. Lauren is the perfect foil to find the gentle soul hiding underneath his battered shell. Mallon and Arden play well off of each other. A battle of hearts that sticks to your soul and makes you crave even more. Make Me Beg is a winner in my eyes.
