short and sweet

Any additional comments?

Another short, sweet and to the point story that is entertaining. It isn’t the best work by this author but it does hold your attention. There are questions that are left unanswered that I really wanted to know.

Mr, Taylor narration was outstanding, there are no word repeats or any place where the volume changes. His different voices were wonderful from his tones to his pitch. You had no trouble knowing who was talking or what they were feeling. He male voice are just as nice as his female ones. There is no background noise just a very clear audio. If any breaks were taken I could not tell. I thought the narrator has a very smooth voice you have no trouble listening to for hours. He character voices are very pleasant. A very enjoyable listen that held my attention.

This story moved very fast and takes place over long months why Harry gets his farm setup. They take the time to get to know each other and fall in love over letters along with the first time their eyes touch. Harry spends time working out who she is and if he is the right man for her. There are some issues over who Camille father is, there is one man who knows but does not say. I thought this book moved way to fast and left out some key things. All in all it was not a bad read and I did enjoy it.

Mail Order Bride Camille

Very sweet story. I liked the way Harry stayed open to a relationship with Camille, even before he was actually ready for it. I received this book free of charge in exchange for my honest review

Keep them coming!

Another winner! This series is beautiful. This book, we have Camille, an opera singer who finds herself out of work and writes to Harry. Little does she know, he did not place the ad for a mail order bride. Even though he is not ready for marriage, they start a correspondence. Harry is so sweet, I love his demeanor and his honesty of where he is at in his life. There is some time that passes, but as they continue to write letters, they find their common ground. I love the way Karla integrates the letters into her stories, it gives such insight to the characters. We also get a glimpse of Byron and Amelia from book one in this story, such pranksters!

Alan Taylor is the narrator, his voice is soothing and wonderful.

Mail Order Bride Camille

Mail Order Bride Camille
: Karla Gracey

A sweet clean western historical fiction featuring mail order bride Camille and new Montana rancher Harry. This is a very enjoyable short listen that allows one to escape to a time and place far away from our modern lives.

The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed. Alan Taylor brings the story to life with voices that fit quite well.
