The best

I feel this was the best book by J. L. Hyde that I have listened to so far. Great story and loved that it was set in Wisconsin.

Unexpected twists and turns

A completely memorable book with enough plot and character development to keep you interested, but very little foreshadowing to anticipate the multiple twists and turns, the vast majority of which occur in the last 5 chapters. The audio performance was excellent, using vastly different accents and voices for each character. Absolutely loved this book and will recommend it to others. Keep writing! I anticipate several spin-off stories about characters in this book. 😀

Been waiting (not) patiently for the audiobook

I love J.L. Hyde’s books and have been dying to listen to this one. My adhd can’t pay attention long enough to read the paperbacks and this narrator’s voice is so smooth, it sucks you right in. I have to admit I listened to it in 1 day and am starting it again.

Twist

What a plot twist..pay attention or you will be confused. I wish some things would have been elaborated more but in all a good easy listen.

Another Great Novel!

JL Hyde has quickly become one of my favorite authors. MAGNOLIA COURT is full of twists and kept me guessing all the way. Excellent!

Fast paced

I liked Ruby. Her character was fleshed out well. Enjoyed other characters as well. Fast paced and clever. Author treats reader as an adult.
The sound quality was terrible. Changed after three chapters. Kept hearing noises the breathing of the narrator was too much.

Excellent read & narration.This is the the 3rd JL Hyde book I’ve read. She never disappoints.

The ending was perfect!

I love every book by this author. She really details every character so you fall in love with them. The ending tied everything together and I never saw it coming! The twists this author adds to her ending is chefs kiss! Jaw was on the floor!
