Johnstone has hit a home run with the way he has put the history in with his books. I loved how he introduced the Scotsman and weaved history of him into his son's life.

Dry Gulch Ambush

This is one of my favorite books and series. All of Duffs books are good. I have listened to this book several times. It's that good. Also the dramatized version is good. There is a lot of action in this book. also a good storyline. I highly recommend trying this book and series. P. J. Ochlan does a great job narrating this book. Bad Man Brought Down

That Duff was able to kill Yellow Hawk and save their lives having a son myself I felt Elmer's grief, and I liked Lutenant Scott exposing himself.
