My brother had an addiction to OxyContin- it was not a “substance use disorder.” Allowing people to opening use drugs in public parks lime in Oregon and Washington perpetuates the problem and more people die or go missing. Get rid of the ridiculous woke terminology and call it what it is- an addiction. The only way to beat the addiction is to first admit the problem- it’s not a disorder
