This focus is, by necessity, a deep scientific exploration into somewhat complex biology. The concepts examined during this intellectual journey will not always be easily comprehended. Some of the conclusive deductions may be difficult for people to settle with. To be most successful will require many habitual shifts and a large degree of functional willpower. Assuredly, it will be worth any effort to avoid debilitation by stroke or regain functionality after a stroke.
I have invested nearly fifty years dedicated to pursuing biological research. I was quite fortunate to have been employed in the field of reproductive biology while just emerging from my teen years. From those four years of working in a reproductive biology laboratory as a cryogenics technician, a lifetime of absorption into the spectrum of biological sciences was instigated. With each subsequent decade, I have come to appreciate this grounding in biosciences. I have the fortune to have steadily grown into a walking encyclopedic, referencing all health, wellness, and biology matters. To whom much is given, much should be expected.
