This vast unknown, however, isn’t just a curiosity for mycologists; it’s a frontier brimming with possibilities, particularly in the realm of healing. The healing potential of fungi is, to put it mildly, incredible. From the common mushroom that graces our dinner plates to the less known medicinal species, fungi have demonstrated a remarkable ability to support human health, offering a natural and often powerful alternative to traditional medicine.

In this book, we are looking at a few common mushrooms, their healing properties, bioactive compounds as well as their medicinal use.
