Love the story! Hated the ending!

I am a MAD librarian, also. I know many MAD librarians who are MAD for the same reason----LITTLE OR NO MONEY! Serenity is my hero! She does what we all wish we could do! Find a gold mine and create a library that is all things to all people. The ending made me sad.

Guillebeau proves he is still MAD

If you are a fan of Mike's storytelling, then you will love this story. It has all of the incredible characters and quirkiness that you have grown to expect from Mike. But underneath this gem is a real story about the incredible value that libraries bring to our community. Thank you Mike, and thank you Librarians!!
