Meet-Cute

Lust for Life (Sexy in Spades, Book One) drew me in with its synopsis. A meet-cute romantic comedy chock-filled with laughter.
Kat & Bryce began with lust, a one night stand. Character's evolvement & plot unfolding flowed through unmarred.
Rugged & old fashioned style of Bryce & Kat's reluctant self & destruction of her well laid out plans made this a provocative & fun listen.

Narrator Lauren Fortgang performance well suited the narative. Her portrayal gave these characters so much profoundness. Overall, everything flowed through smoothly with a good pace and tone.

Lust for Like by Maggie Dallen was such a great story. I listened to it on audible and really enjoyed not only the story, but the narrator, as well. Well-worth the listen for those who love the opposites attract trope and enjoy plenty of heat and many laughs!

Kat and Bryce were great together. From their very first meeting, I was hooked. He follows his gut and she’s a planner. Despite their differences, they just make sense!

Cute story

I enjoyed the general plot of the story, it was cute and fun but some of the scene progression seemed to be weighed down by so much inner dialogue. As a result some of the character conversation was stunted and scenes progressed to slowly in my opinion. Aside from that, the narrator is probably one of the best that I’ve listen to.

Once more night

Bryce and Kat are at the same resort in Montana. Kat is there with her company for a retreat . She is not happy about riding horses so she decides to tell a little white lie . She sprained her ankle . She has been drinking drinks that are served by a bartender named Steve . Kat decides to go back to the bar even though she has a headache. She says , you are not Steve . Bryce says no , and you are not Rhonda . “ the bartender “
The two share drinks and a strong chemistry starts to form . One thing leads to another and Kat and Bryce have a one night stand . She is done and has gone back to New York .
What Kat does not know is Bryce is the owner of the resort and he has plans that are going to rock her world 🌎 more ways then one .
This romance has everything in it ! Romance that is very steamy , has drama , and is also sweet . Bryce is hot , great at business , and wants to do the right thing for Kat . Kat is beautiful ,independent, and stubborn . She has a soft spot in her heart for Bryce . ❤️ A great romance ...

I loved this story. Kat is unaware that Bryce is the owner/billionaire of the lodge she stayed for a corporate retreat. She had a one night stand thinking she would never see him again. It's a fun, sexy, romance story. I love the chemistry between the characters.

Strong leading lady

I do like these types of books.great characters with lots of spirit. A strong leading lady that gives her man the runaround and a good helping of humour. Very well written by Maggie and a great performance from Lauren.

this was a good book it took a a few chapters to get into the book but after that it was a good read the story line flowed well cant wait for the next one !

Love at first sight!

I definitely enjoyed this book! It has a very independent woman who has set specific goals/ plans for how her life should go. I'm that type of person but as iI have always been told plans change and so does life. This is a fantastic story! The narrator does a fabulous job with the characters and has a wonderful voice to listen to. I definitely recommend this book!

Fun love story

Kat is a woman that has her life on a set path of accomplishments that she plans on staying on. Romance and love are low on her goals. When she meets Bryce on a work retreat, she is attracted to him but she isn't worried about deviating from her goals since she won't be seeing him again. Bryce on the other hand instantly falls for her and plans on changing the order of her goals. This is a fun and romantic love story.

I have never listened to this narrator before and I think she did an excellent job of the male and female voices. She is a very good storyteller. I received this Audible book in exchange for an honest review. I highly recommend this book.
