Nothing I haven't heard before
It was a basic refresher course of information that I already knew. The narrator was pleasant and easy to listen to. It was clear, concise and to the point. I will keep it and listen to it again for that reason. Everybody needs a reminder. Overall, a decent job.

This guy has never been to a swim meet
So this is just a visualization about winning a “swimming competition.” I grew up swimming competitively, this is neither a calming experience or accurate in any way to what it’s like being in a hot, loud, crowded pool room complete with mystery puddles, bandaids on the floor, stale bagels and Gatorade aftertaste.
