i listened to this book while in the bathtub, with epsom salt, tea tree oil, and coconut oil. I also smoked some cannabis, and burned some sage beforehand. Very relaxing and great visions.

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

There wasn't much of a story. I believe the bells inconsistent volumes made it difficult to relax sufficiently to attain a deep sleep. I lucid dream every night, all night, and as you might imagine, get little sleep. I had hoped the bells would improve my experience, instead I believe they actually hindered me.

Has Lucid Dreaming Dream Walking Subliminal turned you off from other books in this genre?

Not from Lucid Dreaming. From the bells, possibly.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Again, the inconsistent volume level were distracting. Loud, sharp noises are not conducive to restful sleep. Sounds should be soft like clouds, marshmallows or maybe pillows. The bells produced sounds like a doorbell, which leads one to get up and answer the door. Being led through a dream scape may have been helpful.

Any additional comments?

Tradition states that the dream state lasts only for a few brief moments at the end of the sleep state during REMs. I have noted quite different results. If I sleep. I dream, whether it's for 3 minutes, 5 minutes, or 15, if I've been asleep I've been dreaming. And it's been a dream where I've been in control if I've wanted it. Most of the time, I just watch to see what will happen like a movie. Sometimes I direct if things get boring.

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

No. So far, it doesn't seem to work. I've listened to it every day for a week and a half with no lucid dreams. I'll keep trying for another week or two just in case.

Any additional comments?

The end is awful. See, this book is very nice to listen to, very soothing with birds, water, bells, rain, etc. all mixed together. Then, at the end, it just abruptly stops, with no fade out or anything!
