Really solid and actually practical. I liked that it doesnt go into the usual all-or-nothing nonsense where u have to fear every carb forever. it a decent diet book. It spend a lot of time talking about how basic diet advice is not what you want but I wasn't too convince that it was giving high level advice but overall the advice is still good.

I really like this book as I learned two new things. First, I hadn't used the Golden Ratio before because I wasn't sure I fully understood it, but the book clearly explained it and made it simple for me to start. I was also impressed to learn that this exercise removes glucose faster than other exercises. This was a great tip and easy to apply to my current exercise routine.
