Superficial and extremely pedantic, not worth it
First, I did see there was only 1 review and it was 1 star...but there were no comments. I decided to try it. UGH. what a mistake. The text content is so superficial - it is not helpful at all. In skimming the internet about LOW GI food choices I learned everything that is in the first chapter of the book in 15 minutes - without suffering through the author's pedantic writing. Then let's talk about the narrator. The AAAVoiceovers may all sound like this. I don't know, but it is horrendous. I couldn't handle listening... I don't know if Audible will let me return this book, but they certainly can't get me the 30 minutes i wasted on this book and the time writing this review. Don't buy it. Just don't do it.
