I am excited to try every single recipe!

This is the first audio cookbook that I have come across where I am excited to try every single recipe! I am not really dieting, and luckily these recipes do not taste like "diet food" in the least. They are full of flavor and freshness and, in typical fashion. I really love it.

You won't regret it!



Recipes are packed with flavor and very filling. Not to mention the simplicity...short prep and cook times for most of the recipes, and they are very run-of-the-mill grocery store friendly.

Great Information to Make Decision on Vegan Recipe

This audio book gives a very clear description of what it means to be a vegan versus a vegetarian, and it lays out all the proven health benefits of becoming a vegan. I appreciate having all the research on a meat-based diet versus a vegan-based diet.

A Must Have Cook Book for Vegan's

The desire for a healthier lifestyle led me to decide to become a Vegan,I was originally a bit skeptical that I could make the transition to a Vegan lifestyle. Start with This Book to Change Your Life.

The major problem is that we are such a meat-eating society and we are surrounded by that culture. So, do I like a steak? You bet - but now it is for flavor on the plate, not the focus of the meal. If you are serious about changing your health and quality of life - get this audio book.

This audio book has a nice summary of the history as well as a lot of educational information on reasons why people choose a Vegan lifestyle as well as what the benefits can be regarding one’s health. A Winning Combination for Aspiring Vegans

Becoming a vegan is both rewarding and challenging. I first got into healthy living many years ago and the choice to eliminate meat came slowly at first. It was tough without direction because I honestly was not sure what to eat. At first, all I did was stop eating meat and animal products.

If you're going vegan, start here!

The cover was intriguing enough (bright colors make me think yummy!) and after listening, my opinion has changed. Many of the recipes seem so tasty that you'll hardly notice you've missed the meat. Aside from the great meal options, which would be the main reason for the purchase, the information about actually going all out vegan was inclusive.

High Praise for Vegan Cookbook for Beginners

This audio book provides versatile and easy-to-implement methods for preparing great meals, from snacks to main dishes. The coconut fudge and baked sweet potato chips are far superior to anything I’ve ever purchased in a store. If you are craving the flavors of fall, there are some ideas for cooking with squash and they are surprisingly tasty.

Good Intro to Low Carb Vegan Recipes

I’m too much of a carnivore to ever go vegan, but if I were to pursue veganism, I’d consult this introductory cookbook. It explains the health, philosophical, and environmental reasons for adopting and how to transition to a vegan diet and the differences between veganism and vegetarianism.

Love the recipes on this audio book

Easy to follow recipes that are quick to make. My family has loved the soups I've tried. Would definitely get it again. It's helpful in providing recipes that are plant bases.

A great foundation for a vegan diet!

The recipes look great and the audio book has some great information on vegan-ism. It is more than just recipes and suggested replacements for eggs. Actually it was more info than I expected, but in a very good way because what you really need to know is presented to you.

Good Recipes for those who like Vegan

listen to try just some new recipes and broaden my diet. i am not a vegan but i like having other options outside of meat to try. worth a shot if you just want to expand your diet and try some new things. Great recipes for vegetables.

A good transition for beginners on Vegan Recipes

A lot of people are making the switch to a vegan diet these days, but in the states, it can be hard to figure out how exactly one totally eliminates animal products from their diets without actually making their diets worse, or without faltering and not sticking to the diet.

The best change you make for your health

There's a lot to learn in this audio book not only about the vegan lifestyle but also about meat-eating habits and its pitfalls.
