I am excited to try every single recipe!

This is the first audio cookbook that I have come across where I am excited to try every single recipe! I am not really dieting, and luckily these recipes do not taste like "diet food" in the least. They are full of flavor and freshness and, in typical fashion. I really love it.

You won't regret it!



Recipes are packed with flavor and very filling. Not to mention the simplicity...short prep and cook times for most of the recipes, and they are very run-of-the-mill grocery store friendly.

I absolutely love the audio cookbook. I've always loved to cook, but was at a loss for good, affordable, delicious recipes. This cookbook brought my dinners back to life and inspired me to cook healthy meals for my family every night.

Helpful for me to be a vegetarian.

I have had this book for 3 weeks now. I am not a vegan or vegetarian, but these recipes really fit the bill for me. Every recipe has been easy and tasty. Though some of the pasta or Asian inspired recipes may need heir sauces doubled (well that's for me), but the sauces themselves are delicious. Every recipe we have made has been weeknight-level easy.

Well explained.

Incredible recipes

I have tried quite a few recipes out of this book and I enjoyed all of them. I would have to say that this is actually my favorite audio cookbook . The recipes are so incredibly tasty that it's hard to believe that they are low-fat.

A must for any vegan chef!

This is an absolutely fabulous vegan audio cookbook. I went vegetarian about a year ago but am trying vegan starting for the new year, and this makes me never want to go back! Every recipe I have tried is both easy to make, and SO flavorful.

This is one of my favorites!

I have several books by this author and am never disappointed with their recipes. This is one of my favorites though, because it's lower calorie and perfect for week-night meals where I want to keep things healthy. Every recipe I've tried from here has been amazing!

Surely recommended audio book!

Everything I have made from this book has been delicious and filling! Honestly, I wouldn't know the food was from a diet cookbook if someone else was serving me. As a new mother trying to lose baby weight this book has been a wonderful resource.

I love this audio book.

I love this audio book. I am very weight conscious, and this book has given me great new recipes, as well as a foundation to create some things of my own. Unlike a lot of low fat books, these recipes are full of flavor. They are also not overly complicated. I highly recommend it.

Vegan friendly.

This is an excellent recipe book for the Vegan friendly. A great selection of dishes, smartly laid out and well narrated. The nutritional information is highly useful and goes well with the theme of the book with regards to losing weight.

They are all tasty!

People tend to think of the vegan lifestyle and cooking as BLAND. This audio book proves that not only can vegan recipes be healthy but taste great too. Been trying to move beyond salads and steamed veggies and searched for some healthy vegetarian recipes to make. They are all tasty!

Really tasty!

I'm a vegan and a cookbook junkie so I often buy vegan cookbooks just for fun without very high expectations. Well, I have to say that this audio book could exceed even high expectations. Not only are all the recipes low-cal and healthy, but they are primarily all whole foods too. But the best part of all - every dish I have made from this book has been really, really tasty!

A lot of healthy and delicious recipes inside

Most of the recipes are low-glycemic index, which I love, and most of the recipes are easy to make lower sodium if they're not already, so there are lots of good health things going on here. But what's all that without flavor, right? These recipes are delicious!

My source for healthy and delicious meals

I can't gush enough about this audio cookbook: it's fantastic. So far, every recipe is a slam dunk, and as a former omnivore, I can attest that many of the dishes taste BETTER than the non-vegan versions (not to mention they're usually healthier). This has become my go-to source for meal ideas, and there are recipes in here I would happily eat every day.
