Very basic.. The Narrator was breathy and just read the book. Lots of sales and connection to other book purchases and web sites . Lost interest right away.

Very excited audiobook to receivers.

Great audiobook !!!! Very excited to receivers.... but my first copy came in damaged then they sent me a replacement it also came in damaged my suggestion is that they package there audiobook orders better no one wants a damaged copy ...

This audiobook was very informative.


I believe it's a good audiobook for the price and having a meal plan was very nice... However unless you are well off and not worried about the cost of food steer clear of this audiobook .

Easy recipes that taste great!

This is a great cookbook to have if you're on the ketogenic diet. Included in this audiobook are some keto guidelines and foods to use and foods to avoid. Great for beginners! The recipes are simple and do not require a lot of ingredients nor a lot of time to prepare.

Most of the recipes in this audiobook

We have tried most of the recipes in this audiobook and they are phenomenal. I'm not a veggie lover but because I wanted to be healthier I've decided to start using them in my foods more often. Anyway, this one has some but not an overabundance of it.

This is a great recipe audiobook if you are new to Keto cooking and eating. Most recipes are easy, quick with limited ingredients. I bought one other audiobook that said it was a "Beginner audiobook" to Keto cooking and eating,
