Story was okay

Just before you can read doesn’t mean you should narrate! Ian Ryan sounds like Elmer J. Fudd. I cringe every time he reads. Shame on audible for allowing him to narrate. Shari is just as bad. Please start auditioning narrators before uploading

Rollercoaster full of drama

Part 2 of this series picked up right where book 1 left off. so much drama and u certainly between pretty much every character. I'm not even sure I like any of them because none of them are really grasping the concept of loyalty. We'll see where book 3 takes us. I wasn't crazy about the narration at all. The vibe just didn't match with the storyline/characters but it didn't make me not want to finish.

DNF...Narrators ruined it! 😒

This is a audiobook...the narrators can make or break the entire story! Book #1 wasn't available on audio in my area so l started with book#÷2..since book #2 picked up where book #1 left off..it already put book #2 at a disadvantage. Then you have the poor narration! None of the narrators matched the characters Especially Shari Peele! OMG..she was way off! Peri was supposed to be 20 something years old but she sounded like a 65y/o grandma! l have listened to several books narrated by Ms. Peele...and sadly, she sounds the same in all of them...she has no range..none at all. l also, disliked Ian Eugene Ryan..he sounded like he was just saying words...deadpan... no emotion what so ever. Then there's Mirron Wilis who is too animated and way over the top! The story was already lacking... the poor narration just made 10x's worse. l won't waste my time with the next book in the series.Would recommend this book?sadly..NO.

Please stop with Shari Peele she loud!

Shari you are loud as hell with the breathing I really want to finish this book. But sis you breathing down my back, hot breath ass! I tried to void her at all cost, but I want to know what happen. But I found myself telling her to hush 🤫. I might have to get the book cause 8 hours of smacking and throat exercises Shari decide to do every book, is to darn much!
