This was a personal journey to healthy sexuality seen from the point of view of men and women of all ages. very helpful, uplifting and positive!

What an incredible insightful look into sexuality. Was not at all what I was expecting with regards to the in depth wound healing journey. But in the end that is what God really is looking for to help us arrive at healthy and happy sex. I love how God and scripture was incorporated without a religious feel.
