Audio Makes the Book More Accessible to Me

What fun to have Penny Zeller's books in audio. I am disabled and my eyes tire easily. I can listen while I use my walker or sit in my chair.
I always enjoy Penny's books and look forward to every new one that comes out.
The narrator has a nice voice and did a good job.

Another heartwarming romance from Penny Zeller.

Love Most Certain is even a bit like a historical Signed, Sealed, Delivered.

Characters | As much as I maybe shouldn’t say this, I have to say that hilariously enough Mrs. Crabtree was my favorite character and made the book even more enjoyable especially with the twists that came in her character and the story because of her.

I also loved Oliver and Genevieve. It’s always so nice when you can enjoy a book with a sweet love story and a good relationship with just the right pacing for the romance without rush.

Liked | I listened to Love Most Certain as an audiobook. I used to lose my place in audiobooks, but this one was perfect and I loved being able to listen to it and not lose interest in the book. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the book and was impressed with how the narrator kept my interest with her ability to do each character’s voice.

Positive Content | The notes! I love when you find a focus on notes, letters, and written romances in books. It was fun getting to see Oliver find just the word choices for his notes. I hadn’t read the previous books in the series, but that didn’t make any negative impact on my enjoyment of Love Most Certain. And, personally, I don’t enjoy jawbreakers, but they were a funny theme that made me giggle at the antics they were related to throughout the story.

Clean and sweet

This was a very sweet read , with very likable characters, the storyline moves along nicely no big drama that makes the story drag just very enjoyable listen. The narrator did an excellent job with the book. I absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Quick and Cozy

I love how clean the story is and how author Penny expertly swept us into the art of storytelling, with fun characters. Sweet, simple, and full of faith elements, I highly recommend it to historical romance lovers.

Wonderful Story!

I thoroughly enjoyed the audiobook of a Love Most Certain by Penny Zeller. In this sweet novel, new-in-town Genvieve Amsel arrives with a hardened heart after being abandoned by her former fiance. She is determined to do her best as the new school teacher while avoiding love at all costs. In steps, Oliver Bessell, a good-hearted postmaster who goes on a mission to cheer her up. As the story unfolds, these two find friendship and so much more!

I thought that this was a very charming novel because it showed a sweet courtship exactly how it should be with a man chastely and respectfully pursuing a woman whom he slowly came to love more and more. It was adorable to watch as Genevieve, who swore she would never love again, experienced a change of heart!

I listened to this book as an audiobook on Audible and thought that the narrator, Kacy Combest, did a beautiful job, She has a very pleasing voice that was easy to listen to and matched very well with the story.

This is the third book in the Love Letter from Ellis Creek Series with the first two books being titled, Love from Afar and Love Unforeseen, respectively. This was the first book in the series that I read and I think that it worked okay as a stand-alone but I definitely want to go back and read/listen to the other books to hear more about the supporting characters. Penny Zeller also has a long backlist of other novels you can check out too!

Sweet Story and Sweet Romance

My first audiobook by this author. I really enjoyed the story and the narrator. This book is number three in this series but I wasn’t lost at all by not reading the first two books. I do wish I could have listened to the others but maybe I can at some point.
I could just picture each character in my mind. I loved Mrs Crabtree and laughed out loud at her a time or two.
Genevieve was so heartbroken when she came to live in the new town as the teacher. Oliver was the new postmaster and everyone was always saying how the old postmaster would have done things. They had no idea if things would turn out good for them as individuals but things began to happen. I enjoyed seeing their perspectives change a little at a time. Both Oliver and Genevieve had a strong faith and always knew the right thing to do even though it was hard sometimes. This was such a sweet romance and a sweet story.
Don’t miss out on this Christian Historical Romance.
