one of the best feel-good books I've ever read. I I love the book and highly recommend it to everyone

Could have been written by any experienced parent.

Any additional comments?

For me, I lent this book credibility because it was written by a doctor. However, he is a pediatric surgeon, and does not have any apparent psychological background. He has interesting ideas and practices that might be helpful for some parents, but his expertise appears to come more from his experience as a parent than it does from research.
