A Mother's love is like no other!

Loved it! Very informative, heartbreaking and inspiring all at the same time. I could fee this mother's pain through out her journey.

Great book for parents

This book is a great resource for parents. Gives hope but also shows that no parent with an Austic child us alone.

A Different View Of Autism

Ms Lexhed tells us about autism from a mom's view, which is very different from most material available on the subject. Some new and enlightening information. If you know someone with autism, I recommend the book.

Two unique but human circumstances shared

I found this a very compelling listen. It was interesting to note that parents of an autistic child could find accessing support and education so difficult in a progressive country.
The lack of diagnoses and recognition of autism led to a horrendous psychosis in his mother, due to the stress of responsibility and sleep deprivation. The story of her treatment and the aftermath for the whole family is out with what most have had to comprehend or deal with.
The translation and narration are very relatable and listenable.

Not enough about the trials of autism

I also have a son with autism, there are so many stories of laughter with him, that I couldn’t understand why this was so uneventful

Powerful and insightful

As a mother of an autistic child, I found this book so insightful. I can only applaud the parents for their amazing work and resilience. I am so pleased the little boy is doing well. Definitely worth a listening if you have a child on the spectrum.

I found this a very interesting book as I have 3 grandchildren with autism . It was a good insight into autism & some of the things you said struck a cord with what’s happening in my family . So glad you came through everything & hated every min of the time you were locked away . Your very strong & you’ve done a amazing job & fought for your son . So glad to hear he’s doing ok too . Good luck to your family for the future . Would recommend this book 👍🏼

I'm not sure what to quite make of this whole book. I enjoyed it as I enjoy any account by an amazing parent or accounts relating to autism. That said, at times the author did grate a little but who am I to judge.
