Ooh... bad Louis!

Well, I had to let this story marinate in my mind for a while. So much happens, and ya know how you get when your favorite characters are all in one place... you get lost in the story so... I had to let it sink in. This story was off the chain, as some would say. Louis is one of those men you see walk into a room and you KNOW he means business. When his family goes into the land between to rescue him, it’s his old flame, the woman that will be his only and forever, Lizzy, who starts a ball rolling, one she will be running to keep up with or stay ahead of. That all depends on Louis! This story shows a different side of Louis, one I don’t think I was expecting but I really liked it. You have one of the most powerful sorcerers in the word juiced up and ready to cause havoc.... the thing is, he is at a point where he could be unstoppable. It’s up to Liszt to try and help the Compass clan reign him in. It’s THE job of all jobs cause Louis isn’t going to be all that accommodating. If anything he’s gonna keep them all on their toes until things are set back to rights. It’s a wild ride for sure!

love this series!

I love this series! I love the characters. I love their stories. I love this magical world. Jaymin is an great writer — I laugh and I get sucked into her stories and stay up late reading. I totally stalk this author on social media to see when her next book is released! Do not miss out on this series because you may have been swayed by negative reviews. These books are amazing!!! Note: This review is long overdue and will be the same for all the books in the series.

we can be happy for Louis

While I appreciate Ms Eve completing her series with Louis’ story, I won’t miss the major world-ending catastrophe that is created early on in each book. I do appreciate the sense of family, of pack, that she worked to build in each story - the series wouldn’t have worked without it. The Supernatural Prison title didn’t do it any favors. I’ll just say that if you like Jaymin Eve books you’ll like this series. Narration was decent. Summerer and Yardley made a much better narration duo than the previous books in the series. Having said that, the series would have benefited from consistent quality voice actors.

Worth listening

The dual perspective got tedious...like author ran out of things to write about so she retold each chapter from both Louis & T's perspectives. Good listen overall though. I was left with questions so I'm hoping this isn't the "end of the Saga."

Slow story.

I found this one the hardest to get through. I was bored for most of it. I love the others, but this one not so much.

Bored

I bought it because I have the others. This one was not exciting as the others. Really wasted a credit.

***Super Sorcerer***

Thank the goddess Jaymin keep writing this series because I loved it so very much, it's exciting thrilling, fast paced and magical. Please write Jacob and Justice next. Michel and Liza' s narratives are excellent, just wondering why you didn't go the same format as magical compass where all the male lines are spoke by male narrator and vice versa it was actually really good.
