Twist Ending

Really good read and the ending makes you yearn to read the next book, which is what I look for in a good series

Fast Paced

The story was engaging throughout the book. The narration was solid. It was an all around enjoyable experience.

Suspense and action with a side of romance.

Jake, former military, finds himself in a mess of hot water with some big men of Vegas. His romantic interest is also in a mess with the same dirty men but in a different way. Love the suspense, constant action and humor. Characters have great development through the book, learning bits throughout kept me intrigued. It was fun to hear familiar areas of Oregon and Washington (and maybe characters). I was not expecting to listen to the entire book in 24 hours. I am excited for book 2!

Definitely recommend! I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book. Wasn’t expecting an ending like that!!!

Action packed story that will keep you wanting more

I am a huge fan of Grisham, Connelly and Patterson. I would put J.D. Kephart in the same realm of Authors. Lost Vegas was full of action and kept me on the edge of my seat the entire book. I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes this type of thriller.
