Good Story But

The fact that the guy reading a historical book about the civil war could not pronounce Potomac or Appomattox correctly was incredibly annoying to me. I'd like to listen to it again but I can't take it. Seriously who picked this guy to read the book and how is it that no one corrected his pronunciation? It's Pa Toe Mack and Ap Pa Mat Tics ! Ugh

Decent story but narration lacks

A tough listen mainly because, as a Virginian, it distracted me getting through all the regularly mispronounced terminology of key words like 'Potomac' and 'Appomattox'. I wonder how familiar the narrator is with rudimentary Civil War history? The sound quality was somewhat poor as well.

Wonderful book

Any additional comments?

A good story about a Confederate soldier without getting technical.
My only complaint is neither the editor or the reader is a Civil War fan as one will find with the miss pronounciations of rivers and people. Don't let that stop you but you will yell out the proper pronunciation, just ask my co-workers
